Students made measurements to characterize the eggs (e.g., mass, size, ...) before placing them into solutions of various natures and concentrations. One of the fluids for immersion was syrup, as shown at right above.

Egg Puzzle鸡蛋谜题
Two eggs with shells were placed in vinegar. Why is one floating and the the other submerged? As a hint, the submerged egg has just been wiped off and reinserted into the vinegar (acetic acid) solution. With that hint, interpret what you see. 两个带有壳的鸡蛋被放入醋中。为什么一个漂浮而另一个却沉入醋中？提示是：被浸入醋（乙酸溶液）中的那个鸡蛋刚刚被擦过并重新放回醋中。有了这个提示，请解释你所看到的现象。
