Adamite

These samples of adamite are displayed in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. Adamite is an oxide which contains zinc and arsenic with the composition Zn2AsO4(OH). It is classified as part of the olivenite group as an arsenate. This sample is about 6x6 cm and is from Tsumeb, Namibia.
