DNA ReplicationDNA复制
The DNA of a cell must replicate itself exactly if the cell is to divide and make a copy of the entire cell. The replication is assisted by "unzipping" enzymes that separate the two strands of the double helix structure of DNA. A new double-stranded structure is created by the attachment of nucleotides from the cell to the complementary nucleotides on the separated strands.
