Acetyl-CoA乙酰辅酶A
Acetyl-CoA is an important biochemical molecule in cellular respiration. It is produced in the second step of aerobic respiration after glycolysis and carries the carbon atoms of the acetyl group to the TCA cycle to be oxidized for energy production. It is produced by decarboxylation of pyruvate in the matrix of the mitochondria. 乙酰辅酶A是细胞呼吸中重要的生化分子。它是在有氧呼吸的第二步产生，发生在糖酵解之后，将乙酰基的碳原子运送到TCA循环中被氧化以产生能量。它是在线粒体基质中丙酮酸脱羧后产生的。
Acetyl-CoA is also an important component in the biogenic synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. 乙酰辅酶A也是生物合成神经递质乙酰胆碱的重要成分。
