NAND Gate与非门
The output is high when either of inputs A or B is high, or if neither is high. In other words, it is normally high, going low only if both A and B are high. 当A或B任一为高时,输出为高;或者如果A和B都为低时,输出也为高。换句话说,输出通常为高,只有在A和B都为高时才会变低。
